Meet the team
The Music4Children team are all volunteers with a long-term dedication to the welfare of children.Founder Oz Bayldon
Oz is the founder of Music4Children. Once a touring musician, Oz's travels led him to Nepal where he encountered the poverty faced by the country's homeless children for the first time. Determined to make a difference, Oz set about raising funds to make his vision of a community-run and ethical orphanage a reality. He did so in his own crazy, adrenaline-junkie way, using his musical links to create unique and extreme fundraising events and supporting gigs around the world. Rocker, doting father and a man who will never give up on his dream - Oz embodies the passion, dedication and musical roots of Music4Children.

Chair Clarry McDonald
Clarry has both studied and worked as an archaeologist and an actor. His excavations have taken him from the wild Fenlands of Lincolnshire to the not-so-wild parks of St Albans. He has written and directed plays for children at Boston Blackfriars Art Centre and Cwmbran Congress Theatre. He currently works as a Research and Statistics Officer for Lambeth Children and Young People's Service. Clarry first got involved with music4children by putting his hand in his pocket, then allowed Oz and his enthusiasm for the charity to reel him in.
Secretary/Administrator Gavin Watts
Gavin has supported the charity for a number of years, being actively involved with projects such as the Balham & Tooting Carnival and the Battersea Park summer gigs, as well as helping to get the White Lion venue up and running. He joined the board of trustees in 2011, and is currently focusing on community development activities and funding applications.
