Music 4 Children Privacy Policy

We regularly review our privacy policy.

We will only collect the personal information we need to perform our services efficiently and safely. You can ask us to delete your data at any time although this may mean we are unable to continue providing services to you and/or your child.

The lawful basis for collecting information from participants is based on a legitimate interest which means we only collect information necessary to fulfil our contract and services efficiently and safely.

We collect information from application forms and mailing list sign-up sheets and third-party referrals.
We will not share information unless you have explicitly agreed to it/ it is necessary to fulfil our contract efficiently and safely/ there is a legal obligation.
You may opt in or out at any time, doing so may mean we need to terminate the contract and the services we provide.
We will not keep your personal information after you opt-out.
If you want to know about the information we hold about you, just ask.
You have the right to complain to the ICO if you believe any of our data collection or processing activities are unlawful.
We will keep your data until you are 18 (25) if you are a participant. Or 5 years maximum after you cease to participate or receive services.

Mailing list

You do not have to be on our mailing list to support or participate in M4C but it is the best way of finding out about what we do and how you can get involved.
